Who am I?
My name is Steve Harper and I am passionate about my career in helping people achieve their goals. I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, a qualified Nutritional Adviser and Sports Massage Therapist. I have a degree in Sports Science and I have coached football for 2 years in the USA. With this knowledge and experience I am passionate and confident that I can give you the guidance and motivation you need to achieve all your fitness goals!
How can I Help?
By having a Personal Trainer you will not only succeed in reaching your goals, you will have fun and learn about nutrition and the principles of fitness. All in all, you will have achieved great results and received invaluable advice, plus you will look great, not to mention, saved money.
There is no magic training regimen out there, The same program will not work for everyone, Getting fit and sorting out your fitness will be hard work but I can guarantee with my training programme it will be fun and you will look forward to going to the gym once we have created a mental picture of your new physique.
Based on your lifestyle and needs, I will tailor your program to meet your fitness goals, while also teaching you the principles of fitness so that after reaching your goals you will be able to maintain that level of fitness.
